1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with bdt64, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, and any interaction with the bdt64 support team. By accessing bdt64.net, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

bdt64 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The platform supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard as payment methods for deposits and withdrawals.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of any part of the bdt64 platform — including browsing game lobbies, viewing odds, logging in, or initiating a deposit — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you must immediately cease use of the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

1.2 Eligibility

Use of the bdt64 platform is restricted to individuals who:

• Are physically located in Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services;
• Are acting on their own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

1.3 Platform Currency

All account balances, deposit amounts, wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts on bdt64 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). bdt64 does not charge currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit threshold is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal threshold is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are set at ৳200,000 per day for standard verified accounts.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access betting, casino, and crash game products on bdt64, you must first register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge. Each player is entitled to hold exactly one account. Registering multiple accounts for any reason — including to circumvent bonus restrictions, reverse a self-exclusion, or avoid a suspended status — is a material breach of these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID);
• A valid, unique mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk);
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to;

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure if the information cannot be validated.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdt64 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming best practices. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to upload a clear photograph or scan of a valid Bangladeshi government-issued identity document — typically your National Identity Card (NID) or Passport. bdt64 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt64 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any other person. bdt64 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify the support team immediately at support at bdt64.net.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt64 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for convenience and speed for players based in Bangladesh. All deposits are credited in BDT ৳ with no conversion fees applied by bdt64. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges; bdt64 is not responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits credited within seconds;
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank — deposits credited within 1–3 business hours;
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards — deposits credited within minutes.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction ceilings. Players who have activated voluntary deposit limits via their responsible gaming settings will be subject to the lower of the platform default and their self-imposed limit.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the bdt64 finance team. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours;
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / City Bank: Within 1–2 business days;
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 3–5 business days depending on card issuer.

Withdrawals are only released to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. bdt64 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Any active bonus balance must be either fully wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements, or forfeited, before the associated real-money funds become withdrawable. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player at any time before approval, but a cancelled withdrawal returns funds to the account balance rather than back to the original payment method.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdt64 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and cashback offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are awarded in BDT ৳ and are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to your bdt64 account carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on bdt64 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.

4.2 Qualifying Bets

Not all bets contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. The following contribution rates apply as a general rule unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Sports betting (all markets): 100% contribution at odds of 1.50 or greater;
• Slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming): 100% contribution;
• Live casino (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 10% contribution;
• Aviator and crash games (Spribe): 50% contribution;
• Sports bets at odds below 1.50: 0% contribution.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that remain unplayed for 30 calendar days from the date of award are automatically forfeited with no reinstatement. Wagering progress toward an active bonus is reset to zero if the bonus expires. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates via your account dashboard.

4.4 Abuse & Misuse of Bonuses

bdt64 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("hedging"), using third-party software to systematically exploit promotional terms, and providing false information during registration to qualify for a new-player bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdt64 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the account involved.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bdt64 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All casino games on the platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology sourced from independently audited providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Sports betting odds are set by bdt64's trading team using market data and are subject to adjustment without prior notice.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt64 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in the platform — any winnings generated from a clearly erroneous price or game malfunction are void;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using the bdt64 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against bdt64 with your payment provider;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

5.2 Malfunction & Error Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or payout of a game or bet, bdt64 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable. bdt64 will investigate all malfunction reports promptly and communicate the outcome to the affected player within 5 business days.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

bdt64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account;
• At the request of the account holder via a voluntary self-exclusion request;
• Where continued operation of the account presents a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to bdt64.

6.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your bdt64 account at any time by contacting the support team at support at bdt64.net. Upon receipt of a closure request, any real-money balance in your account (excluding unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, bdt64 offers a formal self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours, lock the account for a minimum period of 6 months, and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). bdt64 will notify the registered email address at least 30 days before a dormant account classification is applied. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance are not charged inactivity fees during the first 24 months of dormancy. After 24 months, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

bdt64 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate display of odds and game outcomes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. bdt64 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Errors in information provided by data suppliers for live scores, statistics, or odds feeds;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications outages;
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt64's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdt64 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

For material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus policies, or liability clauses — bdt64 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to all registered players via the email address associated with their account. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing language, typographical corrections, or updates to contact information) may be published without advance notice.

Your continued use of the bdt64 platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the platform and contact support at bdt64.net to close your account before the new Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bdt64 recommends checking this page at least once per month and before participating in any new promotion or product category.
